EPBC Preliminary Documentation
Common Ground Property (NSW) Pty Ltd is proposing a residential subdivision of Lot 210 // DP 716676, located at 19 Tickle Drive, Thirlmere, NSW.
The proposal is a Controlled Action under the Commonwealth Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act) and is being assessed by Preliminary Documentation. The controlling provision for assessment is listed threatened species and communities (sections 18 and 18A).
The Preliminary Documentation report describes the impacts and proposed offsets for threatened species and ecological communities. In accordance with section 95A(3) of the EPBC Act, the Preliminary Documentation will be on display at no cost for public viewing and comment for a period of 10 working days from 22 July 2019 to 2 August 2019 at the following locations:
